Terms and Conditions

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 Business Days of ordering.

Unfortunately, there are No Returns for...

-Lingerie or Panty Items due to sanitary reasoning

All other items such as tops or bottoms are eligible for an Exchange/Return within 5 days of receiving the item/s.

-All exchange items will be shipped back to you for FREE. 

-When the items are received, we will process your exchange and/or return. Exchanges can be swapped for another item totaling the same dollar amount. (If  you'd like to swap it for something of a higher or lower dollar amount,  please feel free to contact us with your order number so that we can  promptly assist you). We will be sure to contact you within 24hrs  including weekends. 

-All Returns are eligible for a refund after a thorough inspection of the  merchandise has been completed. If all tags and the condition of the item/s are intact, we will process your Refund. Funds will be sent to your original payment method and can take up to 5-7 business days to appear depending upon your financial institution.

-Items must be undamaged, and unworn with tags still intact.
